Refund policy

Returns are for STORE CREDIT only and issued via email. 

  • All returns must be requested within 10 days of order receipt and returned within 5 days of receiving your return label. Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. 
  •  No Exchanges. No Refunds.
  • Shipping is non-refundable unless there is an error on our part. 
  • FINAL SALE and DISCOUNTED items are not eligible for return. 
  • Damaged or Missing Items: If you were sent a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.
    • Items returned in poor condition or outside of the return policy window will be sent back to the customer as a Final Sale.
